Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the JossCasino website and services. By registering an account or placing a wager, players confirm acceptance of these Terms in full. JossCasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance.

1. Eligibility

Participation is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. Players are solely responsible for verifying their local legal position before registering. JossCasino may request documentation to confirm age, identity, and residential address at any time, and reserves the right to suspend or close any account that cannot satisfy these requirements.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. Account details — including email address, payment method, and personal information — must be accurate and kept up to date. Registering with false information voids all bonuses and any obligation to process withdrawals.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed immediately upon submission. Minimum deposit is €10. Withdrawals require account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) to be complete before processing. Standard withdrawal processing times apply as outlined in the payment information section of the casino. JossCasino does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; costs imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the account holder. Maximum single withdrawal per transaction is €10,000.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The general welcome bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonuses expire 30 days after credit. Maximum wager while a bonus is active is €5 per spin or round. Misuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, low-risk pattern betting, abuse of promotional offers, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure. Bonuses are not transferable.

5. Responsible Gaming

JossCasino supports responsible gaming and provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to contact the support team to activate these controls or initiate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and prevent access to the account for the elected period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the JossCasino platform — including software, imagery, text, and game content — remains the property of JossCasino or its licensed partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JossCasino holds its primary operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, unless local consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

JossCasino’s liability to any player is limited to the total value of funds held in that player’s account at the time of any claim. JossCasino accepts no liability for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
